New Investor from Birmingham, Alabama
Hello BP Community! I've been reading for a while but never introduced myself. My name is Tyler Kuyrkendall and I'm from Birmingham, Alabama. The Bigger Pockets podcast started my interest in real estate investing. With each episode, I wanted to learn more and more about it and how it could help me achieve financial independence. I'm really interested in the BRRRR method, because you can compound your portfolio so quickly. I currently have one door in the Birmingham area but looking for the next one. My immediate goals are to build my network by attending meetups, reaching out on BP and social media, and calling local agents/lenders/wholesalers. My next goal would be to have 25 doors.
Anyway, I'm excited to be on this journey with everybody here!

We will be in Birmingham this Thursday for @Brian Trippe Meetup. REI Live meets at the Harbert Center at 6pm. I know there will be tons of investors there ready to network and learn together.
