That alone is more stress than she can handle at times so all of this extra stress about the properties and finances is too much so the burden of it needs to be lifted off of her.

If you are supplying tools and giving daily instructions to them they will be considered employees and that can come back to bite you with back taxes etc.I cant stress enough the importance of using only licensed and insured contractors.

I am all about balance in life, got to smell the roses along the way and reward yourself.Aggressive investing... also can come along with its own set of stress, I know about this one.
