First a few questions...  1) I believe I know how to purchase the contact lists and what lists to look for, but is there a mailing service that will print, package, and ship your mail pieces for you? 

Then I thought about acquiring a piece of land and building a multifamily on it, but I think this project level is not for beginners. sigh.

. - It makes perfect sense, actually (the following is pieced together from my posts in other threads on this topic, which are abundant (the threads, no my posts!).

Being that it takes a little more time to build clientele, being a designer, I feel as if, it would be smart, for me to go ahead an make a name for myself, by flipping antique pieces of furniture and while advertising, mention that I also offer interior design services.

There it was, somewhere around 3-5 AM, I'm the only person awake in the house, and I'm sitting there playing video games on my computer when I hear small pieces of it coming from the television on the other side of the room.

Think headphones, shoes, jewelry, make up, hair styles,etc. as the statement piece versus the pants, shirt,etc.The clothing space is over saturated currently.When I develop or my clients buy retail centers we focus on destination type tenants.

The one piece of the puzzle I have yet to figure out just yet is the financing part.  

As a parent of 3, doing ANYTHING, while having to only deal with a full-time job sounds like a piece of cake! 

Took me 7000 pieces of mail to get my first deal.

Usually i see a minimum of 25 to 30% down payment on commercial loans.That being said, that may also be the piece that trips you up.
