A mini version of the guide:- set customers up for each property- set tenants up as jobs under each property- create classes for each property (and subclasses for each unit in a multiunit)- invoice for rent (rent is an item you must create)- memorize each invoice per tenant and enter it automatically monthlyMore depth of corner cases would require a book's length of typing, but I hope this helps everyone, no matter where you choose to go for your training.

Steve Kresse Eugene Kemp mine says I provide ongoing, but any pests as a result of tenant negligence will be on them intentional or unintentional (bugs as a result of lack of cleanliness, bed bugs, etc).
