The benefit that this can create for you (with a couple downloads to excel) is an ongoing cash flow forecasting tool and a comparison of what you thought your cash flow should be to what it actually was.

Steve Kresse Eugene Kemp mine says I provide ongoing, but any pests as a result of tenant negligence will be on them intentional or unintentional (bugs as a result of lack of cleanliness, bed bugs, etc).

Training new tenants on things like how to pay the rent, how to request maintenance, what is the tenant's responsibility to clean, and what the lease says (yes, I do enforce the lease).3. 

My vote is no, unless you want to see what a train wreck looks like. 

Generally, training for a new job is a personal expense and not deductible.International investing brings foreign taxes into play.  

You have to take the time to see the training videos, you have to take the time to listen to the coaching calls, you have to take the time to implement what you learn.

Initial up front cost to buy the training, time it took to learn/implement, monthly costs (dialer, skip tracing, etc), how you are skip tracing/phone appending large lists and if you are getting accurate landline/cell phone data, etc.?

We want to change our strategy to use an ongoing direct mail campaign to target our list.
