That only applies to legitimate service dogs, such as guide dogs for a blind person.

I've said it before, but if your business model only functions at a profit by doing everything with under the table workers and the lowest bidders you really don't have a legitimate business.

They just have a higher cost of business than a SFR.The hospitality component is something most people underestimate when starting but I see the listing of restaurants, bars, venues... you guys provided.The returns are higher but more work with turnover/furnishings involved (most of which can be somewhat automated). 

It is interesting because the bad guys somehow lifted the walk-thru pictures of our property from our legitimate listing on the local MLS.

The turn keys seem to be in your area a lot but I can't imagine many people would even see a sign in your yard in that cove, plus the part about break-ins is legitimate.

What @John Fossetti is saying is correct as long as it is a legitimate event and you have run comparisons for similar services.

That just seems excessive to me.So, to me, I actually think that this one may be a case of the tenant having a legitimate complaint.  

It is a legitimate concern.

If they need money up from just to show up and demo (which is mostly just labor costs) then they aren't a legitimate contractor.
