Considering your comments what area or strategy are you implementing in SLC to find deals?

I think it gave me a wealth of information that I am able to implement in my business, but I opted not to do the mastery course at any level.  

I 've been in the same position before too, and I had a clause in my lease that states:" B) Lessee agrees to keep thermostat set at reasonable temperature and conserve heat when possible by using the thermostats programmable feature.

(In some circles this is referred to as, 'careful what you pray for').My job is to have a solid plan and execute; actually implement it.

I will def start implementing it!

That's going to take some time to setup, implement and snag a good lead.

This means for example if market conditions change and a new direction is needed to keep the property profitable - it is the owner, not the property managers thaty must choose to implement the new direction.

I manage up to $10M global supply chain implementations for the Government in my 'other' career.

Just to keep you guys updated I've got a little over $1k in savings - my goal is to get to $10k-$20k in order to implement my first flip.
