To all investors starting out and those who are seasoned- NEVER GIVE UP!!

If you're goal is to be successful find a way. Read, learn, make offers, fail your way to success. Don't run off half-cocked, educate yourself but then just take ACTION. It's just as simple as that. If you're fearful ask for help here on the site. But when you have all the facts just DECIDE to do something. Success is not a straight line formula. You must zig and zag.

Finally there are NO SECRETS. Everything you need is right on this site. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES WHY YOU CAN'T BE SUCCESSFUL. When people tell me it can't be done I tell myself NEXT. I don't listen.

There is NO competition out there. Human nature is such that most people are too frightened, lazy and indecisive to make it happen. It's a wide open playing field. Now go out and make some MONEY!!!

Plan Your Work, Work Your Plan; Just Don't Plan Your Results!

I've worked and lived by this motto for several decades and it has never failed to bring me back to this simple fact: despite all my great efforts, sometimes things don't turn out as I intended. (In some circles this is referred to as, 'careful what you pray for').

My job is to have a solid plan and execute; actually implement it. See my excuses for getting distracted and not getting important things done for what they are. And even when I do execute and implement, I'm not always successful. Remember, your failures do not define you unless you let them.

And when things are not going the way I think they should, I try and remember that I can't change the wind but I can adjust my sails.
