Glad to hear this route was successful for your first home--very inspiring. :) Hopefully I can replicate that success!

After about 9 months of learning, analysis and inspiration from the forums and podcasts (many of them I've listened to multiple times) we bought another property!  

I had no issue sending correspondence to those who did not put applications in however I am having writers block when considering those who gave me money for the screening process and genuinely hoped to get good news.I know this business takes thick skin, I don't have a problem delivering bad news.  

On the contrary, if it's offer time and you feel genuinely excited/confident, time to take action. 

If any of you have any feedback, I would genuinely appreciate it. 

I’m gonna go down to New Orleans and speak to a few local banks, if all else fails I’ll either sell one of them, or use my personal credit cards which is something I genuinely didn’t want to do.

Not impossible, but also not easy.My recommendation is to come from a genuine place of wanting to help them by laying out ALL the options available to them with THEIR interest in mind.
