Hello Everyone,

I'm breaking off into a new niche which is targeting pre-foreclosure and foreclosure. Can anyone offer me any tips and pointers on how to really get started I've done some reading on now Mecklenburg county does their process, but I am having trouble trying to really put words to action and understanding how it goes. can anyone offer help? let's connect
