All you are missing is hedge fund experience :)Most people on BP struggle with working full time jobs and investing on the side or have had made the plunge and work hard full time on their real estate investing/business.Having worked in the commercial real estate field, I can say that nepotism and a big bank account funded by family is unfortunately, a part of the culture in many instances.

I think Greeley is a real good area to invest and from a kind of outside perspective a bit complicated as values can change block to block giving home field guys you an advantage.I'm over in Fort Collins in Loveland but I offer on houses all over Larimer and Weld County.
