You should also set up some key word alerts to get notified of when topics you are interested in pop up.  

The Tidewater Real Estate Investor Club meeting topic for next Tues night is on lending.It would be a good place for you to get some good ideas.  

Look for meetups in your area (virtual) on Meetup.com or FB Groups, attend free webinars, start reading as much as possible on any and all topics related to investing and real estate.
