She tried to do the Zillow rental app online and it wouldn't work because of her Canadian addresses so she took the time to write the whole thing up on a word doc and I have called her Canadian landlords who all say she is a one of a kind all star renter who takes meticulous care of her places.  

Put a shovel full of rocks/dirt in there and the little stones and sand drop through.
