I confronted her that I don't feel comfortable with people entering my home when I'm not there because of my valuable possessions and my dogs, and that I'd like the 24 hr notice so that I can make arrangements and also make sure the house is as presentable as possible, considering packing and moving will be taking place.

We'll have fun and all that as well, but the idea is that we keep the meetup limited to people who are ready to bring something valuable to the deal right now.

In the current environment, a couple of weeks of revenue is less valuable than meeting rental criteria. 

But at the same time the value you get from taking action and actually doing something is so much more valuable than education.

Of course, coastal properties will always be valuable long-term.

But should not be the only formula used when trying to figure out how valuable a rental property can be.
