I am at the point in my career (later than some, earlier than others) where I am starting to consider an exit strategy to retirement, and hoping to do it early within be there within the next ten years.  

So I threw the idea out to my father about BRRR'ing out his home to get a jumpstart with his investing career.

Think of your real estate investing like college or a career...you will not learn everything there is in a short time.

Overall, my objective is to supplement my income so when I retire my family isn't hit with a huge financial impact and I can focus more on this as a career.
