Hello everyone! I have being listening the BP podcast since a year and I would like to become a successful real state investor like most of you are. I have a rental property abroad (my husband and I sold our 14 year old business to come live to the US and invested the money on a warehouse near the airport in Guadalajara) and now I would like to start with some flips to start making money and lose the paralysis analysis. My business was an aluminium and PVC windows and doors factory so I´m related with the project management role. Since I´m new to the area I would love to have all the advise that you can offer, also if you would like to partner up on a project I will be more that happy.
