Finding and Qualifying for a Deal

Account Closed
Posted

I am a recent college graduate living in the Utah County, Utah area. I am currently doing a post grad internship with a multifamily developer. It is an awesome experience but doesn’t pay a ton. My wife is also a student graduating in August. Our current lease ends in July and we do not want to rent again. Market prices here are pretty inflated and with our income we don’t qualify for much here. I have been keeping an eye out for deals but nothing in our range. What are some creative ways to find deals or increase what we can get approved for without needing a co-signer?
