YOu should post this under the marketplace, you will get a ton of action

You can go through a lot of your data if you have it set to send clips when it detects motion and  you are walking in the cameras zone of detection. 

Maybe even a local real estate club.You can find local owners advertising on Vrbo, Airbnb, FB market place, Craigslist etc.

I have also talked with a lead inspector over the phone and he concurred that if I was just using it as a primary residence, there is no need for a lead inspection and I could simply do it myself and purchase a lead detecting kit on Amazon for 20 bucks.Predicament:  So I am doing my first house hack. 

I have found good deals on OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace and the local Habitat for Humanity.

Since you can’t rely on listing services or online marketplaces to inform you about off-market opportunities, relationships are especially important.

First look what similar units are renting for on Zillow, FB market place and Craig’s list.

Remember, you cant detect more than 5k in startup and Org cost.
