Cigarette and Marijuana Smoke Detection

Hey everyone. Does anyone have any recommendations for detecting and proving violations of no smoking rules? I saw a device called "fresh air" but they don't have pricing on their website. Wanting to enforce this policy especially strictly, given that I am doing rental arbitrage, so I'm on the hook with the owner as well.

 Those same 11 pipefitters asked me if I wanted to "see the show" when I came there for rent day.  I was there around 5:30.  I asked what the show was.  They said every day around 6:30 this lady comes over and puts on a show.  A cucumber is involved.  I called b.s.  One guy showed me the video from the previous night.  I told them to have a good night and left with around $1000+ for the weeks rent.
