Purchase price: $460,000 Cash invested: $50,000 My wife and I purchased a duplex in November 2022, lived in it for a year, and now rent it out using a long-term hold strategy.

The last comp from down the street from 06/2024 is 412,000 ( same sq ft bathroom bedrooms).

From an initial impression, this makes the process of long-term investing much more convenient, and the only fee (apart from regular agent/lender commissions) is the property management fee!
