Scaling, delegation, scaling, and more delgation

Over the last few years, I have learned that I cannot do everything.

Many of you may relate to this feeling even when we think we can do everything and discover that is not the case.

What I have learned is this:

1. When you hire people to work in your business you are buying their skills and time.

2. If trained properly they will free up a lot of time for you, which allows you to do the highest paying activities.

3. Making the first right hire will change your life forever.

If you want to scale to anything worthwhile you cannot do it alone.
