Good Afternoon BP,My client is looking to sell one of his lots however, I am very unfamiliar with the costs of new construction. 

I guess most people ARE lazy and keep their heads in the sand.  

Now this went against everything I stand for as I hate rentals that have white walls because it's what the lazy landlords do. 

Good afternoon BP, My wife has been in photography for a few years and wants to transition into real estate/commerical photography.

Hell, even if you doubled my "rent" (can't be done since I own my home), while I'd be super pissed and start looking for a new place, I have more than enough money saved up to get me through a whole year of "double rent".These people don't have that luxury.And don't give me any of that "pulling themselves up by their bootstraps" or "they're lazy" non-sense because nobody is successful on their own and most of the people in MHPs either have two or more jobs or they retired after working for 40+ years.Now, I'd like to believe that the Frank Rolfe I heard on the podcast is the true Frank.

Too many are jumping to a conclusion that if skin tone is different in an instance it "must" be racially motivated, ignoring the fact that a person could just be an idiot, or a lazy jerk, or just a jerk in general. 

The AC guy should have been able to give you more details such as is the unit undersized for the house, does it struggle in the afternoons maintaining temperature.Ask the tenants to send you a picture of the thermostat next time they complain.

It's also not the war zone you are making it out to be...and by doing so, you're just adding to the lazy outsiders opinions of it.The byproduct of this type of badgering just contributes to the opinion of those outside of this state, that Michigan is inside of Detroit...and this has a negative effect on the opinion of others on the suburbs...including the one you live in.Now, do I like investing in Detroit?
