KNOWLEDGE IS EVERYTHING,

Hey all, I find it a bit odd that I know more about the Cleveland markets then the locals when I live in FL.  Each day I speak with those that live in the area and do not have a clue what is going on. I am asked where I focus ?  I say, EVERYWHERE, all the burbs and East Cleveland. They all say the same thing, I'm crazy. Well they seem not to be aware of the transformation going on right in their own backyard. Interesting how they are not aware pricing has doubled tripled or much more in all of the burbs. I guess most people ARE lazy and keep their heads in the sand.

Knowledge conquers all,

Good luck to all
