If I'm being honest I've yet to close the deal yet, but so far with the help of my agent/mortgage broker I'm feeling very confident this deal will be successful in the long run.

It's a customer-centric business, and an unwillingness to gracefully accept opinions we disagree with does not correlate with future success. 

It was difficult structuring our lives around the cleaning schedule that we needed to accommodate to make that venture a success, but it was fun getting to know travelers and help them discover new and interesting things to do while on vacation.
