Seeking Input on Purchasing Property in Desert Hot Springs, Cali!

Hello BiggerPocketeers...

I am seeking information on investing in a property in Desert Hot Springs, California. I understand some has been discussed on the Palm Desert area in the forums over the last few years, but I would really appreciate current information from any and all investors regarding Desert Hot Springs. I just pulled up and printed the "Palm Desert Economic Development Strategic Plan" which is a strategic framework for the next 5~10 years. That should be a good start.

Any and all input towards the Desert Hot Springs area would be deeply appreciated. I thank you in advance for the expert advice and information and for the time taken to share.

Best of profits and success!

@Daniel F. Harb Palm Desert and DHS are not the same thing.... at all.  DHS has one of the lowest median incomes in the larger So Cal area, consequently it has some of the lowest RE prices.  If you are going out that far just because of prices you might as well look out o state as well, it is just about as far away for most people and you may be able to get more for your money.
