Currently I am going to University using my GI Bill with no real plan on what to do with the degree, and I side hustle with lyft and uber, the income gets me by but it's still a student's income.

MH University and then MH academy.

A little about me: born and raised in England, attended University there and became a clinical scientist for the Royal Air Force.

That would be seriously pushing it for a 2/1 in this area, even with it being super close to the university.

Cleveland Heights and University Heights can be very high, but I have never seen it like that.

I can get to center city, university city, old city, northern liberties, art museum & graduate hospital areas; as well as some parts of west & south philadelphia & city line avenue.
