My only advice when doing your own REIA is to pick a topic and try to stay on topic.

I am looking for someone knowledgeable in the topic, that might help or partner -- I have a fair amount of RE experience, but have not done acreage development / parcel splits, or related, and am just getting to know the area.       

I imagine you would get different advice from different people on this topic.

I posted about the same topic recently after I noticed the relativity between rent and price was way off in many cases. 

But that's still a pretty broad topic.Perhaps if you ask specific questions, myself or someone else can provide more information on a specific topic.
