Looking for expert: Land split in Coachella Valley
I am pursuing an off-market property in south Coachella Valley, near Coachella. 20 acres with home. I would like to split the lot, sell of some acreage, and keep the (remaining) lot with the existing home. Current zoning does not allow, but city tells me re-zoning is likely allowed and done all of the time. I am looking for someone knowledgeable in the topic, that might help or partner -- I have a fair amount of RE experience, but have not done acreage development / parcel splits, or related, and am just getting to know the area.
If you are knowledgeable in the area, please reach out. I would be happy to make sure you are compensated for your time/effort in some manner that is suitable to you.
