Hello everyone, I'm extremely new to real estate and BP but have been researching many avenues for years. (Wholesale, rehab and flip, multi family investing etc)I will be licensed by the end of the year, but struggle...

Any kind of help with this problem would be fantastic, as for the first time in my housing career; money isn't the problem, finding quality people to spend it on is!

I was a lending exec for 25 years and made hundreds of HELOCs in my career for real estate investment purposes.

I've been working in an IT career for 20+ years and I've lost my passion for it and I now find all of my attention turning to Real Estate.

This poster has my opinions and that of others to work from.I personally did not start off my investment career by getting a real estate license but I suggested that it was a good idea because had I have got my license back then, I am confident it would have opened up many more doors for me earlier rather than later and allowed me to make more money per transaction representing my own deals or getting legal referral fees.

I became interested in REI about one year again and started reading books and listening to podcasts to get familiar with the idea and decided that I would pursue this career.

I know you have the best intentions and just want to start your investing career, but keep in mind that our actions effect others one way or another.  

Just wanted to give a little advice to anyone starting out in their real estate investing career if looking to use the BRRRR method.
