Hi Folks~ We are selling our business and looking for an income producing property for purchase- I have come across strip malls and I have no experience with this property type.

Then after my second devoice I went to work for a local large management company doing rehabs making some one else money I don’t do every thing flooring is best left to guys that know what their doing and not typically a one man job, roofing I can do it but again not really a one man job, didn’t do drywall for a long time either because need to know what your doing and I didn’t found a guy that wanted to learn about plumbing when I was working for a management co in Minnesota we work projects together to exchange skills now I can make a hole in a wall look like it was never there or sheet rock a whole house.

These pre-approvals are not normally specific to one loan produce (i.e. a FHA 203k loan).Any bank can review your information and provide a pre-approval.  

Business relationships, co-producers of materials or co-speakers at a seminar, someone who endorses the method or program, coaches, "mentors" have acted in some area to be tagged as associates.

When I originally started reading up on real estate I anticipated purchasing a two unit multi family home close to Blairstown and renting the units to produce cash flow.

Untimely, I do not believe they will produce the results the marketer desires. 

Rather, it is the nature of the income producing activity itself that creates the distinction.Flipping houses is considered a trade or business activity, not a passive investment.  

Despite producing monthly brokerage reports showing my trades (plain as daylight), other members remained fearful to try what I was doing.For the longest time, I could not understand why - in the face of overwhelming evidence - people remained "stuck" in their own paradigm and unwilling to embrace opportunity while at the same time claiming they wanted to make money.
