Working on marketing to speed up acquisitions for my 2022 goals and appreciate any advise!

The stock market is peaking and seems to be stalling out.

Being a landlord and buying more and more property is like a snowball rolling down a hill... moment by moment it gains speed and grows larger at a faster pace.  

In '08/'09, property values declined 33% overall but recovered and are up almost 100% from their 2008 peak.

I bought at the peak 15 years ago lol and selling it from like a 40% loss.

If you speed up the project to save 2 months, that could be two months saved in carrying costs, income generating opportunities, etc.

And assuming low end building, you aren’t getting peak appreciation or rents.

I recommend @Seth Holmen, I've been working with him and can vouch for his speed and professionalism. 

You don't have to speed thru it....learn the info....you may need it. 

You do need someone that understands how they work, how to adjust them (opening, closing speeds, etc.) and, ideally, is able to completely disassemble and rebuild, rather than discarding when they do start acting up.
