Is OPM worth it part way through

I have a project that has been budgeted in cash from the beginning we will be going over our reserved cash to finish the project. Is it worth it to bring in a partner or hard money partway through a remodel project just to finish it faster, or is it better to save up and continue cash to fix it up so we avoid the interest payments.?.?

@Andrew Friberg What is the end use of the property? Rental? Flip?

If you plan to cash-out ReFi this property in the near future it's in your best interest keep the pedal to the metal.

The Feds have discussed raising rates at least 3 times this year to combat inflation. Interest rates are not a major concern but if you're treading water on an unfinished property it's costing you real money every month. Don't loose focus because you need $5K or something. Find some PM and sign a contract with them to get it done.

The markets have barely even slowed during the winter season. Worse case you sell (hopefully for a profit) and move on to the next opportunity. Good luck man.
