Current Loan to value too low?

All - Since real estate prices have sky rocketed, my loan (current debt) to value (current real estate prices) is around 54%. Is that too low? Am I looking at it correctly that if the market tanks by 25% I can still sell off and keep some money in tact as a row at worst case scenario since I put 20-25% down?
