As a buyer's agent myself, let me see if I can answer some of them before I take a mid-morning Saturday nap!

Yea i watch the Bloomberg channel,and a few others in the mornings and they've been predicting this for quite some time...although this is very sad,its presents big opportunities as well if you are seeking deals like that...a guy like Sam Zell loves these...btw...he has a new book out

Here are a few, Saturday night so that it is seen by Church goers on Sunday and your calls begin on Monday.Friday night so that shoppers see them on Saturday morning and you might get a call before lunch Saturday.Sunday night so that people see it on their way to work Monday morningMy concern is that with weekday placement your calls will be in the evening or on people's lunch break unless it is targeted at wholesalers and other investors.

When I got up this morning I had many emails and a few calls about this.

If the lease came after the notice, then your time window is much shorter.If there's any contact info in the letter, I'd be on the horn first thing in the morning asking questions.I'm not sure what a "motion of default" means.

I was making some rounds this morning commenting and I check 'another' forum that I won't mention but I notice that some of you are active there as well so you'd probably know what I'm talking about.

The next morning at around 11am I received a call from the county saying they have pulled up over 50 signs with my number on it!
