If you have to choose between a warranty for your new car (that should not break - because it is new) would you take it or make it out as something bad because the manufacturer supply bad cars?

Did anybody experience problems with temperature with the vinyl plank floors, as most manufactures require controlled temperature of between 65 and 85 degrees?

I own a double wide manufactured home that rents for 600 month thru metro tenant has been in home over 2 years . the home is financed at 9.59% I lose about 135 a month after taxes insurance and P&I I have tried to refi but cant find a bank to touch it any suggestions?

This is very true - there are still a large percentage of jobs like retail, hospitality, manufacturing, etc that can't be done remotely. 

Seek property in a State where it's more affordable for me to purchase, buy SFR, or Manufactured Home?
