I was part of a posting this past week and commented on "What to do about Fire Alarms"I said if your at the property and notice the alarm has been disabled you should FIX and replace it right then, Peoples reply's were more of " Well it's the tenants fault they should pay the cost" Well my knowledge of disaster and implication of turning a blind eye and shoving the repair cost and responsibility back on the tenant isn't something I'm going to rely on or wait for.
