Getting a little discouraged

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, so like the title says I've been getting a little discouraged lately. I'm trying to find a multi family home in my area to start house hacking. Everyday I search Zillow, realtor.com, and a few other sites to find a good deal, but they just don't seem to be out there. I don't know if I'm looking in the wrong places or what, but I feel like I'm not gaining any ground. But I've talked to several people who are finding these great deals around where I live. But most of them have said oh I just got lucky to find it. I'm by no means giving up, but the direction I'm going in is a little discouraging. I just need a little guidance. I listen to BiggerPockets podcasts every morning and I know I'm at the right place for advice. Thank you all so much in advance for your help

Instead of trying to hit a home run finding a great deal, set realistic expectations and hit a single or two.
