I chose real estate investing over heavy stock market investing because I believe the outcomes of my investments in real estate are directly correlated to the work and dedication I put in them (something I am no stranger to as a former biochemistry major).

So between the work and kids, I probably don't have a whole lot of time to dedicate to investing, but I have been listening to the podcasts and doing some other research, and it sounds like I just need to find a really good PM company :).

I am a former police officer of 18 yrs, currently in my 3rd Yr of Law School, worked as a Part-Time Realtor from August 2012 to October 2013 (my license is current but I'm not with a Broker at this time), and I am dedicated to Real Estate Investing during my last 1 1/2 of Law School and beyond as I plan to use Real Estate Investing as my main avenue of investing when practicing law.

He is very dedicated and knows the market extremely well.For property management  - My partner and i were looking for GOOD property management / STR Management in Vegas for a while now, and could not really find what we needed..Since we have a good network of service contractors / handymen / cleaners we are thinking about putting our own tailor made team together. 

I host a site dedicated to informing home buyers of how to avoid paying hefty real estate commissions and other pitfalls associated with buying homes in MN.

We do this in our own property and we do own dedicated Airbnbs.

It hides real cash flow and is very sad for dedicated investors to see such a waste of resources.
