Hi, my name is Lior and I'm 22 years old. Though I love my day job as a management consultant, it often requires 12+ hour workdays. I became interested in investing so that while I put the long hours in consulting, the money I earn can also "work" for me. This can expedite all my college loan repayments and create a steady income flow I can rely on when I hopefully enter the exiting yet risky world of start-ups. I chose real estate investing over heavy stock market investing because I believe the outcomes of my investments in real estate are directly correlated to the work and dedication I put in them (something I am no stranger to as a former biochemistry major). Thus, I am now fully dedicated to real estate investing to achieve my financial goals.
