Your actual JV "Agreement" should already be in place (and in writing) before he gets any deal signed.A lot of "dynamic" people are not so prompt when it comes to what they perceive as petty-administration, so I wouldn't recommend being too quick to condemn his apparent tardiness.

I'm going to start my mailings of about 250 pieces per week and will reinvest my income from this business to ramp up the numbers.Will probably get several phone numbers from CallRail to track which categories I mail to respond best.Not clear yet on database management.Signed up for Podio to try and manage my marketing.Just thought I'd share my thoughts for today....I really hope to put these pieces together and being mailing by years end!
