F2F Academy, Rebogateway, Patlive, GoBigPrinting/YellowLetters

Monday 11/9/15 from a hotel room in Newark, NJ (I'm a full time airline pilot for another 9 months then I retire)....trying hard to put my wholesaling business into action.

First off...last week I joined Flip2Freedom Academy, Sean Terry, and glad I did...great content, perfect for me to access while "on the road" (1/2 the time I'm traveling).

I also paid for a year subscription to ReboGateway to get my leads but anticipate also using other sources for inheritance leads.

Undecided on using GoBigPrinting (where Sean has his letters and postcards for us to use) or YellowLetters.  Both are probably good, but I've never heard of GoBig until joining F2F academy (that info may be dated) and have only heard good things about YL.

Want a live voice to answer my lead calls, so may use PatLive....any other services like them to consider?

I'm going to start my mailings of about 250 pieces per week and will reinvest my income from this business to ramp up the numbers.

Will probably get several phone numbers from CallRail to track which categories I mail to respond best.

Not clear yet on database management.

Signed up for Podio to try and manage my marketing.

Just thought I'd share my thoughts for today....I really hope to put these pieces together and being mailing by years end!

A penny for your thoughts and a big shout out to Ana Garcia as she has been a huge inspiration to me, I had my finger on the trigger to purchase a franchise but thanks to BP people, Ana in particular, I realize I can do this myself!!!

Clary,

Awesome to see you taking a huge step towards the next big growth in your life.  I have been wholesaling for a little over 2 years now and the team that I am with is phenomenal.  Not because of the money that we are making, but because of the positive environment and like minded goals we all have.  I went to the flip2freedom event last month and it was awesome.  Sean Terry is the real deal.

I would say that finding the right marketing strategy is difficult.  There is no 1 thing that is going to be your deal generator.  I think you are the type of individual that understands that it will take time to get your marketing really cranking.  The most important thing is to stay consistent, because it will definitely come and you need to be ready.  Yellow letters will give you the highest call back, but the list you use is just as important as the mailing piece.  If its truly handwritten then the call back ration will be high.  If you really want to target a specific zip code then blanket marketing is also a good technique.  There are a lot of different marketing strategies out there and over time you will realize that they all work.  They just need to be done consistently.

Lets have lunch sometime and talk about how we can help each others businesses.  That's the thing I love about RE.  The opportunity to help others reach their goals will always benefit your own goals.

Have a good one,

Isaac
