The current fence(neighbors fence) is in almost dilapidated conditions and I’m fearful that this will discourage tenants in future turnovers if not dealt with so with that being said this weekend I plan to reach out to the new neighbors, I’ve already lined up one of my guys to install a new 6ft fence but it will require the demo of their current fence and the dogs to be put up while the work is being done(don’t need anybody getting bit) my question becomes though if you are a dog owner shouldn’t you be required to have a proper and safe fence or does this matter fall into my lap, I don’t want to make to make a big issue because well these neighbors could end up causing more trouble then it’s worth..

Do I need to disclose anything to future tenants apart from my state's basic lead paint disclosure form, which I always give to tenants in houses built before 1978?

I have studied and read numerous books on investing in stock market and am at a point as a passive investor of the market and my future as an investor is all but decided and mapped accordingly.  

Do not cut any corners or take any chances.Nobody I know can tell you what the future holds and how it will not hurt you.

Hello, I’m 14 years old and preparing for my future.

REI was one of them but due to financial issues I had to postpone my dreams of investing in real estate, fast foward to now Im a local CDL truck driver and in a position where I can start planning again for the future to finally become a RE Investor.
