Loan in process- can I schedule viewing of the rental property

I am in the process of buying a townhome and this is going to be a rental property. Closing date is July 11, 2018, a tenant already lives in the property and he's moving out. Is there any ways I can have the property listed now and have schedule viewing for future prospective tenant? I understand the loan is in process and I dont "own" this property yet. Thanks!
