While many people will be tempted to go with a relatively affordable brand- before heading that direction I'd suggest perhaps talking to some hvac SERVICE NOT INSTALL guys & asking what brands of mini split they can recommend...

I know they talk about this from time to time on the BP Podcast (and not usually in a positive light)...I took $$ out of my 403B for the down payment on the house WHICH will be repaid very soon after my ex-wife sells the house which we still own (my cut of that sale will more than cover the loan I took against myself...so all good).

If you buy a brand new property or a house in fantasy land you can budget $0 for these items.

However, I’m system oriented and I don’t want any leads to fall through the cracks.I’m for some experts on here to shed some light on CRM they use that integrates with Propstream (not important though), BatchLeads, and BatchDialer  A little background on what I’ve inquired about before, I jumped on a Zoom with REI Reply and thought it was great.
