I owned preprty alreeady in the complex and a fellow owner was offloading rentals. Got a sweet deal.

My own cash - due to it being a flip I knew I coudl LEND to myself cheaper than any loan...

Expertise in subcontracting and finding buyers.

What was the outcome?

Found a buyer, made great profit!
