Is anyone out there worried about the current rate of inflation right now?

Even the contractors that made the $$ using AOB's claiming inflated construction costs and damages have homes that they will need to insure.

I'm already worried about my cash diminishing due to inflation...Scared to put it in the stock market and locating real estate deals is touch in this market.

I think inflation is here to stay for a few years.

Typically, larger apartments and other multi units give a better ROI and have more room to breathe, when it comes to inflation and adjusted value, based relative to income (cap rates, etc).If you want to play it safe, and you don't have a threshold for stress/pain, then play it safe and just keep what you have.

All of the Citizens are being subject to an enormous Tax, Rules, Fees, Covid, Energy Inflation etc.

Prices are quite inflated now and inventory is low to none.
