I have a few single family rental properties in south Atlanta (Riverdale, Jonesboro, College Park, Ellenwood, etc) that I'd like to turn over to a professional property management company that manages properties in these areas.

@Randy King - My first job out of college was in Huntsville working for McDonnell Douglas.

A guy was wanting advice, he was graduating from college, going to get a job and buy a used Lamborgini, then after it was paid for start buying real estate.......I consider that in the same line of thinking of "if you give me the promotion I will start working harder"I know one very well known Billionaire very well, at the time we were working together (ok he was chairman of the board and I was a director), he worked 18-19 hours a day.

Have you looked near the colleges?

I rent primarily to young people who have just graduated college etc and they like having roommates.  

Studied at 12 colleges and universities.  

I want to expand my questions to all Indianapolis properties targeting college and university students.

I'm currently a college student looking to start my real estate career at an early age.

I spent five years after college paying off all debt.

With having college started I have to work around my class schedule.
