What are your favorite multi-family markets?

Hi again everybody. I keep searching and searching hoping a market pops out at me for cheap multi-families with low vacancy rates. Figured I'd ask the BP fam What are y'all's favorite markets for MFH? Cheers, Kameron Patterson. MODERATOR: Replies need to include an explanation of why the market you're recommending is a good one. "Because I have properties for sale there" is NOT a good explanation. Ads will be removed without notice.

I think low vacancy can be had almost anywhere with good property management.

I found some good low entry rentals in PA, considering I'm from NJ. But after digging around in NJ a bit, there's good cheap rentals with decent vacancy rates here as well.

Cheap upfront isn't always cheap in the long run either!
