Who buys two bedroom homes?

Okay, so I'm doing a 2br flip.  I know, I know, I should stay away from them.  I won't try to justify it.  But if you could tell me who are the predominant buyers that would be helpful.  Or is it a mix?

Retired couples?  Individuals?  Young families with no or only one child?

I will and do buy 2 bd room houses all day long as long as their is a market for them. Just check the days on market and make sure there are buyers. I would treat it just like I would a high end home, a home out in the sticks or anything else. If I think there is a longer DOM I would adjust to try and get a better ROI
