The problem is we are midway through renovating our dream Colorado home, baby is on the way, moving across the country, and I think we have decided we don't want to have to deal with finishing the fixer-upper and move on with our life in California.

I recommend using this program if you can instead of an FHA loan because sellers and their realtors hate FHA and it’s hard to get fixer uppers to qualify unless you use the 203k program.

All the usual suspects, Redfin, Zillow, HUD etc. do not (that I can find) differentiate fixer upper or needs work properties.
