Where to sell to investors?

Hi Everyone! I've been on Biggerpockets for a while and have found it a great resource and look forward to contributing more in the future. My husband and I recently found our dream jobs back home in California and with aging parents also in that area, it was hard not to jump on the opportunity. The problem is we are midway through renovating our dream Colorado home, baby is on the way, moving across the country, and I think we have decided we don't want to have to deal with finishing the fixer-upper and move on with our life in California. Not great timing. Upstairs looks great, but downstairs needs a ton of work. Is there a website that is a safe place to post this property and sell directly? Is there an affordable way to post on the MLS without a large fee or through another website that is thoroughly vetted to eliminate scammers/headaches? We approached a realtor but he indicated he did not want to list the property but made us an offer to buy it as an investor. Or should we just look for another full-service realtor? Appreciate the advice in advance.
